Tuesday 3/5/13

9 hours of sleep last night and woke up early (5:15a) feeling awesome.  Hit the pool for more drills (fist, catch ups.) I didn't swim while back in Colorado so I hadn't been in the pool since last Monday and could definitely feel it.

Raining tonight after work. Bike on trainer and after a warm up, did sets of Isolated Leg Training and then 45 minute tempo at 1/2 IM pace.  Wore the HR monitor and stuck it around 140-145 bpm.  Worked up a good sweat!
