Saturday 2/16/13

9 hours of sleep last night. Something I need to try and get closer to more often!! Felt great this morning.

Nice, but chilly, easy long run this morning. Had planned to long ride and long run tomorrow but made the decision to swap days after seeing Sunday was going to be 12 degrees warmer with less wind. Easy decision.

AM) RUN 14.1 miles, 1:52
PM) GYM strength & core, :40 minutes
