Great swim this morning focusing on drills. This may be a record week for number of times in the pool! I'm really going to try and be a TRIathlete this year instead of getting through the swim!
Shake out run after work and then hit a concert downtown by Black Francis, the lead singer of The Pixies! In bed late.
